Illegal mining in the state and required action by the government

ILLEGAL MINING IN THE STATE:-- The government has failed to control the illegal mining of sand ,water born aggregates and the boulders it is obvious that the police force working for the control of enviornmental stature and the mining department of the state and some other departments like Public works departm ent as well as the IPH department have been empowered to control the situation and problem of the illegal mining for which penal action has been described in the code of practice suggested by the study of impact assessment realised by the government in this behalf but still there is no curve and control of the mafia .As per standing instructions of the mining code and trade of the business movements allowed in this behalf no such activities could be arranged by the concerned person with in the range of 150 meters distance from the existing infrastructure of the roads like bridge, retaining wall and the pumping station however mining policy of the government has issued no such instructions required to endanger the enviornmental protection of the sorrounding areas of the illegal mining. The government should not work on to the policy of collection of penalty funds from the mafia however proper notice on the places of such approaches must have the watch and ward by providing the precautionary boards and warnings to the required apprehension.
