Yoga and meditation is incredible, most people who have never mediated , read or hear and look into the same during the course of exercises may fail to understand the practice of the aligning the mind body and soul with a required performance of the day to day practice of the breathing, streaching and mediating as found necessary to strengthen the immune system of the body and sharpen our senses and improve the requirements of well being and brings joy however it is necessary to have a control of the diet and sleep at the right time to take rest for which one must also avoid eating of the junk foods, sleeping late , walking up late and generally living a sedentary lifestyle, mind will never be able to calm itself and this negativity will destroy our peace of mind and happiness where as practicing the yoga and meditation has a significant profound impact upon the positive thoughts and feelings as well as intention, focused for the better thinking and also to boost the energy efficiency of the body system required to bust the stress as negativity regularly destroying the physical and mental discipline of the day to day life and liberty .
