RTI BECOMING MORE EFFECTIVE SINCE INTRODUCTION OF THE LAW CODE MANUAL PREFIXED BY THE RIGHT TO SERVICE ACT ADJUDICATION PREFIXED BY THE SYSTEM FOR SERVICE UNDER PUBLIC SERVICE GUARANTEE ACT 2011

RTI act publications issued to the citizens of country since 2005 have been made most effective by introducing the public service guarantee act 2011 by way and virtue of which the government has issued another benefits to the citizens of country to demand time bound work and duty from the department concerned where the applicant feeling aggrieved and demanding his work done with in schedule of the time prefixed by the public authorities .It has become general tendency of the designated officer to deny the due benefits of demand under public utilities in favour of the Public as such now every designated officer has been declared responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance. As such people may use and exercise the next empowerment of the Public service guarantee act 2011 in addition to the RTI act publications
