RTS HAS BECOME NEED OF THE TIME AND HOUR TO TAKE UTILITIES OF THE RTI ACT ADJUDICATION PARTICULARLY ISSUED FOR SERVICE UNDER PUBLIC SERVICE GUARANTEE ACT 2011

Earlier prior to release of the RTS act publications since 2011 despite putting in every ounce of one's experience and Findings of the RTI act publications making it into the consideration of the count for reply and information under charter and schedule of duty prefixed by the law code manual Applicants don't have a clear upper hand despite of the commanding queries and observations to protect the fundamental rights of the individual concerned however now the government has empowered all Citizens of country and the Society and circle to follow the RTS act publications and file application before the Designated officer and to take receipt of the same with date for due Information and order related to the benefits of the Applicant one who is facing problem due to non compliance and non release of his documents pertinent to the benefits of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance As such the government has also prefixed responsibility of the Designated officer to issue time bound schedule of reply under law code manual failing which provision of FAA and SIC or CIC too existing in the act ibid and penal action may also be implied upon the defaulters responsible for the delay and dereliction of duty at the level of the Public authorities.
