MINUTES OF THE (ONLINE) RTI MEETING SCHEDULED FOR 7-5-2023 BY THE RTI WELFARE ASSOCIATION REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD 3552 BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH.

Today on the day of seventh May 2023 RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh is going to convene a general house meeting (online) as required to be arranged once in a year for which our all members , Executive members and the office bearers are responsible to attend the meeting scheduled for Sunday on 7-5-2023 and issue their statement on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified for the advantage of the RTI and RTS act adjudication.In my opinion as for as work and conduct of the public authorities is concerned it is performed as per ability and experience as well as capability of the every individual concerned and required necessary training of the skill development related to the work and conduct of the RTI and RTS act adjudication is concerned every new official/officer must have look on the duty and responsibility given by the act ibid in this behalf to do the needful under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf,for which preference may be obtained from the every concerned for which ignorance of law code manual could not be justified under section 18to20 of the RTI act 2005 and the competent higher authority is too responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the applicant and activists and implement the penal action against defaulters where found necessary under law, instead of warning for which Commissioner's are responsible to follow the disciplinary action too .As for as advantages of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication is concerned our group activities are taking benefits of the advantage given by the law and Act to every citizen.The informations are regularly obtained from the PIOs in general from every department however charter of public accountability depending upon the work and conduct of each official how he is taking cognizance of the importance of the public domain of its benefits to the society and circle demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance.The designated officers has been declared responsible to protect the charter of public accountability however in case of delay and dereliction of duty one may have option to follow article 350 of the constitution of India and have complaint before the competent higher authority for redressal of grievances for the department of Administrative reforms organisation regularly working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India,and the applicants too responsible to report compliance of the government instructions time to time issued and ignored by the department on duty by the designated officer failing which it is difficult to take advantage of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication particularly issued for the empowerment of citizen of country to follow delay and dereliction of duty and report compliance in the administration for required administrative reforms.
