PEOPLE MUST COMPASSIONATE ALTERNATIVE SYSTEM OF SOCIETIES OPTING FOR THE GOOD GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY IN ADMININISTRATION AND TOO WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT SCHEMES AND PROGRESSION, OBSTRUCTED BECAUSE OF THE CORRUPTION.

RTI welfare Association/Society / Group Registerd number HPCD 3552 Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh started its operation through online digital programmes and events and activities transformation required for the welfare of society and circle since December 2020 and continuesly encouraging the social audit and inspection reports under the provision of RTI and RTS act adjudication along with the aim and objective of rural development programmes and schemes as well as transpancy and accountability in the administration.The alternative given by our society to the citizens of area and circle is based on the mutualism ,solidarity and hospitable culture benevolent to humankind.Every member of the society working for the welfare of society and area is more relevant to do the help of needful people of Society and circle and maintaining the aim and objective of the government schemes and programmes to compassionate in the performance of work and conduct under moderate system of governance and accountability in the administration however one must be prepared for the opting of system generated by the parliamentary democracy and capitalism attitude of the universal truth of life and liberty where no one is ready to take cognizance of the demand under public utilities and life and liberty is maintained at our own efforts and dignity to introduce ourself in the society and circle in the capacity of the social worker ,RTI activist and Volunteer as well as the Resource person taking cognizance of the system for service and challenging the informations of the public domain in the interest of justice to common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance as facing problems due to unusual practice of delay and dereliction of duty at the level of power corridor , for which our Association is continuously struggling to exploit the agenda on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified by the government machinery and too by the public facing undue stressful attitude of the power system for service and solidarity ,so it is necessary come together and face the consequences in the United forum of the alternative societies taking matters with the government corridor and too with the department of Administrative reforms organisation working for the welfare of society and circle and doing the needful under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India. In my opinion this alternative system of society would improve the quality performance of work and conduct and will restore the government practical approach to work for the people of state ,which is an integral ingredient of the human service required for others and maintaining the administrative reforms organisation pathways to ecological justice and transparency in the system of governance.
