MINUTES OF THE RTI MEETING SCHEDULED FOR 7-5-2023 WORKING UNDER THE BANNER OF REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD 3552 , BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH.

On line RTI meeting scheduled for today on 7-5-2023 was convened where in the agenda of group annual general meet was highlighted and discussed in detail .The meeting was attended by the Chairperson Er Fateh Chand Guleria Director RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 it's VP Shri Prakash Chand Thakur from Mandi ,Shri Pyar Muhammad Finance Secretary from Chamba zone however he was admitted in Medical Hospital Tanda District Kangra from where he appeared before the general conference of the digital movement for awareness of the RTI promotion and implementation, Shri Yog Raj Mahajan from Chamba zone being the district head of the Nagrik prahari sanstha held long discussion on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the citizens of society and circle in the light of empowerment given by the government and was not satisfied with the work and conduct of the public authorities as no penal action against the defaulters taken by the Commission even though it is necessary under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf.Shri Sudhir Kumar from Chamba zone also participated in the held meeting and raise the issue of delay in deciding the cases at panchayat level of the RTI and RTS act adjudication.The Secretary of the RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 took cognizance of the minutes of meeting and further stated to the members regarding to send all documentary evidences related to the awareness drive of the Association Registered number HPCD 3552 Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh, so that the minutes of the meeting along with its proof of discussion and aim and objective verified by the forum once in a year may be brought to the notice of the respective Registrar of the Societies dealing with the all kind of resolution and problems of the Societies working for the welfare of society and circle and doing the needful under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India.Doctor Chaman deep Guleria has been authorised to collect the record of the annual general meeting from the active members and furnish the minutes of meeting held on 7-5-2023 so that same could be send to the Registrar Cooperative Government of Himachal Pradesh as per annual report of the progress and achievements obtained from the system of governance by way of advantages of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication particularly issued for the welfare of society and circle and take benefits of the government programmes and schemes issued for the welfare of common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance.
