Think before speak , is very old saying in the impact of human dignity and respect as such the vibratory power of the word is much greater than most of us realise it before use and exercise of the impact on the society and circle.One must avoid harsh and the cruel language as it has a very negative impact on the society and circle.As such it is in the interest of human dignity and respect for others regarding to cherish and respect our words and not denigrate their value by the misuse.The indeed is also explained by the democracy and too by the Constitutional structure maintained by the government.There has been a sharp deterioration in the language we use in our public life and this is clearly mentioned for the use and exercise in our plateform working for the parliamentary democracy and too the state legislatures functioning over the years to follow strict guidelines of the House for the members describing the definition of the unparliamentary language and it's rigidity applied however ultimately considered terminological inexactitude . The deterioration is even more apparent during the election compaign,where the standard of the public debate is not maintained by the speakers .Public affairs are required to be discussed and argued at every level of the duty and responsibility for deciding the debate and correct informations related to the notice of the public domain and record of the government which is virtually affecting the interest of the general public and the motive behind the affairs of the public benefits denied to the citizens of country and state as well as society and circle for which they are bound to follow the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication however it is necessary to discuss the things more effectively by listening and speaking as well as writing the representation of concept for objective and demand under public utilities however inappropriate language should be avoided by the every concerned facing such dialogues and discussion during the course of hearing and findings required for the administrative reforms as facing wrong interpretation of law and delay in deciding the cases becoming a practice of the public authorities may be verified at many levels of the public consciousness.
