SOCIAL AUDIT REPORT ON THE CHECK OF DISCREPANCIES NOTICED UNDER THE REVIEW OF FINAL REPORT MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE PROGRAM OFFICER FOR REQUIRED CORRECTIONS
Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee scheme working for the welfare of rural people in the living society and circle has been considered participatory and accountable under the provision made by Article 243 A of the Constitution of India so introduced by the 73rd amendment Act of 1992 particularly defining the working of the Gram Sabha as the foundation of the Panchayati Raj department and representing every registered voter in a village and empowering them to deliberate them on the budgets, development plans, and the good governance priorities. This institution embodies participatory democracy, empowering rural citizens of the area and circle to shape decisions affecting their community fostering transparency, accountability and development consideration , but despite its revolutionary potential, participation remains minimal and only few people are taking benefits of the MGNREGS which is very show of the democracy set up for the given work and conduct of the system generated for the welfare of people of country as remaining silent on the captioned subject of rural development and panchayati Raj even provision of the Right to Information Act, 2005 given for the required access to information is also proof and evidence for which it is necessary to create awareness among the people of the society and communities and do needful for their welfare under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, failing which it is very difficult to bring transparency and accountability in the plan of schemes and employment generated for the unemployed and needful ones facing problems because of the wrong deal and false employment in favor of the opportunists, where an eligible person or family is being denied registration, the people must always be ready to intercede on their behalf and questioned the concerned functionaries on why these eligible persons are being denied registration and where the concerned functionaries are not cooperative, the people must jointly complain to the higher authorities and also take benefits of the social audit process and the RTI Act, 2005 to take cognisance of the such wrong deal of cases and must take initiative for the formation of vigilance Committee as per norms and the programme officer must be given report of the social audit report collected by the Vigilance committee or observed under the provision of the Right to Information Act, 2005 for taking cognisance on the captioned subject of such wrong deal and misuse of the check for the discrepancies:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
