REVENUE DEPARTMENT TAKING NO COGNISANCE OF THE DEMARCATIONS UNDER FCA, 1980 AND ROAD CONTROL ACT MAINTAINED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, WHERE IN NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS LYING PENDING BEFORE THE ADMINISTRATION

A number of complaints have been noticed by the RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh through their own informations accessed for the needful under law code manual prefixed by the FCA, 1980 and also under the road control Act related to public Works department of the state Government, however the department of revenue and the Administration taking no cognisance in this behalf of the demarcation for illegal encroachments where in very old cases are lying pending before the department and the whistle blowers are compelled to approach the higher authority for taking further steps in the such cases of demand under public service. It is particularly mentioned here that one public office working for the welfare of general public and controlled by the retired officer of the Administration doing social service on behalf of the government policies and rules and regulations recognising the adverse affects against the required action taken by the public authorities and particularly the revenue officers of the department failed to do needful for long terms but the higher authorities are taking no action against the such officers where the demarcation of land cases are knowingly kept pending in the lower levels of the Government offices, however there is no endeavor to protect and improve the situation and position of the delay and dereliction of duty by concerned department, responsible for the timely review of the removal of pendency of cases and report for the action against the defaulters, which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern to be noticed by the department and the administration but there is no demarcation of encroachments on the forest land and also on the road side of the public Works department list by way and virtue of which people are now demanding regularisation of the said encroachments even denied by the law code manual prefixed by the code for consideration and there is no reason to pend issue and matters related to complaints processed by the whistle blowers where there exists strong objections of the public service and utility for the public welfare of the society and circle but the department is reluctant to take action under under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, as per the observation noticed and assessed by the public opinion generated for the welfare of society and circle:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
