GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW LAW CODE MANUAL PREFIXED BY THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA IN THIS BEHALF OF THE GOOD GOVERNANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY AND REMOVE "JUNGLE RAJ" EXISTING IN THE CRIMINALISATION

" Jungle raj "in politics is increasing day by day and there is no improvement in the good governance and accountability for which the ruling party and opposite front both are responsible to believe on the administration and the judiciary and not to interfere in the wrong doings and administrative reforms required to be protected under law code manual prefixed by the constitutional of India in this behalf, instead of the verbal orders and instructions of the political persons considered abuse against the norms of the good governance and charter of public accountability where in rights of the deserving candidates ignored and denied and forcibly made eligible for the others, which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern to be noticed by the judiciary where delay and dereliction of duty continued and no administrative reforms obtained for the welfare of general public demanding good governance and accountability from the Government of India and the state Governments but there is no such understanding and the political parties are only working for their permanent supporters and voters however the general public feeling tortured by way of such wrong deal and adverse effects against the good governance and accountability even though and more over the RTI and the RTS is also kept delayed and denied in the light of law of limitations and the penal action and recommendations of the disciplinary action against the defaulters, list by way and virtue of which it is very difficult to bring transparency and accountability in the administration and remove corruption and mal practices in the system of governance governing for the common man and taking cognisance of the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf but there is no timely action and correction of the proposed orders in Appeals required to be maintained by the administration and the judiciary of our country facing huge pendency in the work and conduct of day to day working, for which the administration and the parliamentary democracy taking no cognisance for required improvement and accountability even responsible for the good governance and charter of public accountability:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI, Welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
