GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW DELAYS AND IDENTIFICATION OF DELAYS IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE TO COMMON MAN DEMANDING FREE AND FAIR JUSTICE FROM THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE

The democracy is becoming a tool of divide and rule instead of election for the representatives of people by the people and for the people list by way and virtue of which people are not satisfied in the present system of work and conduct of the decision-making by the representatives where they are depending upon the representatives and ignoring the effective governance for which the government is responsible to focus on the RTI and the RTS act adjudication so that people joining the strong will power of maintaining the administrative reforms after their vision before the public authorities and the founding documents related to their vision and objections for the good governance and accountability may be verified by the department concerned responsible to follow law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, however there is no research on the captioned subject and the decision making authorities are waiting for the directions of the political will power where there is no stability in the democracy maintained by the people of country through their representatives as tackling the situation and position of the system through drastic constitutions changes as per the provision made by the parliamentary democracy of our country but in the real sense of ownership the results are showing that verbal orders and decisions are maintained by the administration and the enquiries for the good governance and accountability, which is against the norms of the administrative reforms required to be maintained through the RTI and the RTS act adjudication instead of the political decision making or the challenges accepted by the public authorities must have review and revision at the levels of the judiciary but the judiciary is feeling large scale pendency in the decision making where in people are again and again approaching the access to conversation rather than to satisfy themselves through the view point of the right to information and the chater of public accountability which has been particularly made available for the welfare of people of society and circle, as the government is also realising that pendency of cases may harm the public interest and delay breeds corruption, so it is necessary for the all decision making authorities regarding to follow the alternative arrangements of the decision making arrangements for people welfare instead of continued delays in the decision making, where our democracy is proving that the vote matters for the ordinary people for which need for speedy disposal of work defeated and reduced mere to red-tape as delays are accepted by the appropriate government and there is no identification of delays and remedial action :-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377
