Abstact concept and power force used for the welfare of general public is remaining without function, as far as the transparency and accountability is concerned and the duty and responsibility of the Government and the public authority described under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India, in this behalf. In actual work and conduct it is necessary to prepare a report on the implementation of the provisions of the RTI Act during each year and must be forwarded the copy of the same to the appropriate Government, there of. Each Ministry or Department shall, in relation to the public authorities within their jurisdiction, collect and provide such information to the Central Information Commission or State Information Commission, as the case may be, as is required to prepare the report and comply with the requirements concerning the furnishing of that information and keeping of records for the purpose of monitoring and reporting. If it appears to the CIC or SIC as the case may be, that the practice of a public authority in relation to the exercise of its functions under this Act doesn't conform with the provisions or spirit of this Act, it may give to the Authority a recommendations specifying the steps which ought in its opinion to be taken for promoting such conformity.
