Being human being every one in the society and living entity of the nature of law must discover the truth of life and liberty , a great power of the human being and access to God, as such almighty God is not present in the natural scenario of world wide activities, however an assumption of our truth before the God, list by way and virtue of which it is necessary to have access to truth of life and liberty and it is equally important to work and search the truth discovery within us our ambition and the social conditions of our society and circle often covering these qualities and challenges but it is a sacrifice for the others, where very few people are working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by way of right to information and quality of our being human, doing spiritual practice of doing positive measures instead of fighting negatively against the truth of society and circle and available to every citizen of the society and circle but very few people are taking this duty of the spiritual journey of a destination for the good governance and experiencing truth of our society and circle, however meaningful understanding may serve this purpose of the quality within the creation of an appropriate access to information and space for the truth of life and liberty, awakening the God within us and human body, taking energy from this truth of the vision techniques and practices through which aim and objective of the lived experience may be made fruitful for the use of individual and also for the society and circle, as discovery of truth is a reality of the correctness and accuracy of information which is an art of the transparency and believe in the vision truth for the spiritual journey before the God :-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number 9459334377

GOVERNMENT SHOULD COOPERATE RTI ACTIVISTS AND HAVE VISION OF REFORMS AND AMENDMENT, AS THE CASE MAY BE, INSTEAD OF DELAY AND DERELICTION OF DUTY

Governments must find the political courage to maintain the reforms and recommendations for reform, including recommendations in respect of the particular public authorities, for the development, improvement, modernization, relevant for operationalizing, the facts which indicate an effort by the public authorities to administer and implement the spirit and intention, within their jurisdiction, as is required to prepare the report with the requirements concerning the information, related to scheme, projects and programmes buried under corruption and mismanagement pointed out by the informed citizenry and transparency of information, which are vital to its functioning and also to contain corruption and to hold governments and their instrumentalities accountable to the governed, where the government must find the political courage to do needful in the interest of good governance and accountability , but it is becoming duty and responsibility of the RTI activists and volunteers to discuss honestly with the concerned authorities, and have meaningful results on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified as buried under the corruption and system of management, connected there with or incidental thereto.
