ORGANISED SYSTEM FOR INFORMATION GENERATION, TRANSMISSION AND PROCESSING ARE MORE EFFECTIVE AND ABLE TO HANDLE LARGER VOLUMES OF INFORMATIONS AND MAY HELP FOR DATA BASED CONCLUSION UNDER SECTION 4 OF THE RTI ACT, 2005

Every organised system has its own methods of information generation, transmission and processing , list by way and virtue of which it is necessary to have well managed systems able to handle larger volumes of information more quickly and more effectively and it is therefore necessary to follow law code manual, recognising the need based changes based on technological and other qualitative improvements and devise essential to set out accountability of the official action, so that responsibility at different levels is known for the defined law of limitations and decision making in the departments has to be logical, reasonable, uniform and transparent, however it is regretted for the delay and dereliction of duty, even at the levels of Right to information and the citizens charters mandatory for all Ministry and departments and need for speedy disposal of work at all levels evolve processing of papers containing information, instructions or decisions and their quick and efficient processing is therefore the first step towards improving office efficiency for which time limits could not be ignored and it is necessary to consider the delays and a periodical review of reports and returns should therefore be conducted and for this purpose a time bound programme should be drawn.
