SUPER SELECTION OF AGNIPATH IN THE MILITARY SERVICE AND ALSO INTRODUCED IN THE VARIOUS SERVICES OF STATE GOVERNMENTS BECOMING AN ALTERNATIVE FOR THE FUTURE SERVICE RULES, BECAUSE OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT AND STAGNATION

Super selection of post/cadre /grade is becoming need of the time and hour and it has also been accepted in the ongoing military services of the introduction by Agnipath scheme with effect from June 2022 by Government of India and the armed forces replaced their regular recruitment models for the other ranks and the first batch is completing its four years contract in December 2026 with twenty five percent being observed and the remaining seventy five percent, set to be released into civil services, where the provision of their appointments made by the state governments under specific quota for their future services and the Government of India also making such provision of the quota for this classification of post retired from the military service after short service tenure, list by way and virtue of which only twenty five percent soldiers may get their services made fruitful in the appointment cadre of Agnipath scheme for the future military personnel. The ongoing unemployment and the stagnation appearing before the various departments working in the state Governments clearly showing it an accepted routine programme of the state governments and it is becoming difficult to get them observed in the regular cadres /grade /post of their appointment schedule for the promotions avenues, required for their future appointments under appointment and the promotion rules and the employees are not satisfied with their service rules , altered by this or that way of the future recruitment and the promotion rules making their appointments on new law of the governments.
