Government should follow law of limitations laid as by the charter of public accountability instead of delay in deciding the former cases related to the benefits of common man

HOW TO GO AHEAD IN THE FUTURE :-- The previous Congress government had released policies for the welfare of common man like Mahatma Gandhi rural employment guarantee scheme, Right to information Right to education and right to food etc and the present BJP government has also given various benefits related schemes to the common man on the basis of which the party forum is working on the ground by way and virtue of which it is necessary to protect the safety of the common man in society and circle through the allotment of funds to schemes sanctioned by the study and system of governance at the lower level of the Public authorities from where the individuals interest could be made fruitful after introduction and representation before the public authority for which the department concerned and the applicant both are responsible to protect the rights of the common man however the budget allocations and parallel approvals of the demand under public utilities are kept pending with the plea that necessary arrangements for the funds as required in the case file would be done and people could not avail his genuine right and claim of the schedule of charter of schemes sanctioned by the state and the central government to common man The financial benefits of the political representatives could be passed by the cabinet however in the other hand all other schemes are made functional and fruitful through the Public authority working for the good governance of the society and circle for which the government should follow up action plan as per the charter of the public accountability and transparency in the administration so that every one may get benefits well with in the schedule of time and the law of limitations so prefixed in this behalf of the due eligibility and criterion required to be maintained and updated by the study of protocol mentioned and referred to the departments on duty however delay and dereliction of duty has become general practice and tactics of the public authorities and people are facing problems even RTI act is also ignored in relation to the compliance has become a general complaint of the RTI foundation and the organization The political parties and groups in the power and position should follow the physical verification and validation of the facts finding reports as related to the citizens and the demand under public utilities instead of assurances and the trial and trial of the announcement before the general public.
