It is found necessary by majority of RTI groups to represent before standing committee of Rajya Sabha regarding to monitor and verify the facts as facing delay and dereliction of duty in deciding the cases is proof

Please report the merits and demerits of the RTI act adjudication to the parliamentary standing committee working in the (RS) for which necessary representation could be made by the study and observations from the various groups individuals and the experts required as for the monitoring and evaluation of the Public Enterprises SCOPE.
It is a matter of pleasure that an urgent meeting of the RTI organisation and groups as well as the individuals working for the welfare of society and circle as well as the promotion of RTI act publications experience and feelings of the concern by public authorities and the SIC as well as the CIC intended with the provision made and outcome realised by online information and the the telephonic discussion with the held video conferencing was made successful by the groups and the RTI activists working for the welfare of society and circle with introduction and representation of the area like Chamba zone Hamirpur, Solan and the Paonta Sahib and Nahan zones of the state of HP along with the others working for the cause and development in other neighbouring states and demanding the improvement by way of charter of public accountability and transparency in the administration so that delay in getting the cases processed may not hurdle this function of the duty and responsibility by public authorities as well as the monitoring and evaluation of implementation of the cases by the SIC and the CIC may be processed under the provision made and delivered for the success of the RTI act publications It was also decided to put  the issue and matter before the Parliamentary standing committee working for the monitoring and evaluation of implementation LIA and demanding the representation for required observation from the general public , related groups and the experts as well as the individuals so that further course of action could be proposed by the legislation. :-Er Fateh Chand Guleria (Group leader) Bilaspur zone HP phone- 9459334377
