Government should plan and commission employment programmes required for the rehabilitation of the affected working class facing negative repercussions of Covid-19

UNEMPLOYMENT DUE TO COVID-19 AND REQUIRED ACTION BY THE GOVERNMENT :-- The country is under the  effected observation of unemployment since long however due to covid-19 the rate of the unemployment has gone upto 25% from 8% as per the latest position and version by the study and survey taken as on 1-5-19 and 1-5-2020 and the position is still going bad to burst due to covid-19 pandemic undermines for which the government should take work of its rehabilitation in the hands immediately so that necessary provision of the required livelihood may be scheduled on the new economic considerations of the decision and provision  taken in this behalf of the remedies and the rescue operation management for the welfare of working class  facing acute problems of the resettlement
As such on the one hand labourers are turning to their native places from the industrial areas and on the other hands the work of restarting the rehabilitation of the working class is found  necessary in order to arrange for the livelihood of the unemployed so that they may again join hands with the recourse of the recovery of their employment opportunities left because of the break down due to covid-19 pandemic effectively  increasing the problem of unemployment for which the government is responsible to issue a concrete policy and programme of the reengagement as the monitoring and evaluation of the pandemic Covid-19 is required to be assessed by the study of impact  enforcing the continuing situation and semblance of the effect due to unusual life circle of the human service world wide since the December-2019 and still there is no proper charter of the planning and commissioning.
