Former CIC Sh. Shailesh Gandhi has demanded implementation of no work no pay policy against the personnel responsible for delaying the hearings under RTI Act 2005

Former CIC Shri Sailesh Gandhi has demanded imposition of no work no pay against the personnel responsible for not implementing the process of recovery of the hearings stopped during the period of lockdown and thereafter in the respective SICs where nothing concrete has been done so far in the start ups of the online system and the video conferencing even though the Supreme court of India and the CIC as well as some of the SICs are made functional in this behalf of the recovery for required working and to initiate necessary steps as per the decision of the Supreme court of India . It is also demanded by the former CIC to consider this delay of the respective SICs as an arbitrary act and conduct of the personnel responsible for causing the delay and dereliction for which penal action under no work no pay should be imposed against the defaulters working against the interests of the common man in society and circle demanding transparency in the administration and charter of public accountability .
