The urgent repairs of existing infrastructure must have appropriate look and decision at the levels of department and the government

DO NOT STOP ESSENTIAL REPAIRS REQUIRED FOR THE DURABILITY OF THE PROMPT SERVICE:--The essential and the needful repairs of the buildings, roads and the highways as well as the water supply schemes and the irrigation schemes etc are not provided to the required structure and the facilities even worst to bad state of the exposure demanded for the improvement by the study of system is proof and evidence on the record. On complaint of the such needful repairs the departmental authorities are habitual to reply with the comments that there is no budget allocations for the repair heads and as soon as the budget for the repairs of the scheduled schemes would be granted the same may be repaired. However it has been noticed that the number of DPRs  submitted to the departmental authorities for grant of special repair to the existing structures used for the regular use and service have no priority as well as the monitoring and evaluation of the partial problems and for which the government is responsible to allow the budget allocations as  required by the approval granted for the objective of the approach and feasibility in this behalf required to be maintained for the regular public utilities however the system and the departmental authorities are doing nothing concrete for the use and utilities of the repairs demanded under the public utilities is a matter of fact and concern to be  noticed by who and when . As such in number of the cases the matter has too been registered with the complaints before the CM helpline number so issued by the government in this behalf for registering such complaints to notice the contents and applications of the citizens of the society and the circle demanding the required charter of public accountability in the interest of justice and welfare of the common man and also to bring the transparency in the administration required for the redressal of the public grievances raised for the persistent scheme and demand for the better utilisation of the existing infrastructure.
