Extra added amenities and the facilities provided so in the budget allocations (Contingency) may be reduced in the interest of present emergency created due to Covid 19

EXPENDITURE CONTROL BY REDUCING THE CONTENGENCY OF  FACILITIES IS NEED OF THE TIME AND HOUR:--  It is presumed by the system of governance and management for planning the details of  projects development funds allocated for the works and the departments that 17%of the expenses are made on the facilities provided for the basic amenities assessed and found necessary in the work of estimated productivity even though it is not scheduled on the original planned  purposes of the design and scope of work and progress shown in the  prime facie lay out and the ultimate requirements of the schedule of charter by the study of description which could be restricted by the state and the central government while allowing and passing the appropriate bills authorising the state governments to draw the consolidated funds for its working and uses with the provision of the programmes and the schedule of charter of the budget proposal processed before the government for implementing the project orientation schemes highlighted with the provision made and progress delivered for the justification of the expenditure incurred during the past arenas and expected sources of the fundings elaborated and deliberated upon the projects and the scheduled schemes sanctioned by the state as well as too by the central government.
