Government should issue necessary directions to all departments regarding to complete the pending incomplete works and also to issue necessary completion certificates in the interest of use and utility of the provision made and works taken in hands

COMPLETION OF THE INCOMPLETE WORKS AND TO RELEASE THE UTILISATION CERTIFICATE OF PENDING WORKS :- A number of development works are lying pending for want of necessary funds required to complete the pending works and schemes of the various departments for which the RTI foundation and wellness group Bilaspur has taken cognizance of the such schemes related as to the departments of PWD,I&PH ,RDD , Forests ,HPSEB,HRTC and the Agriculture .The maximum number of such works as pointed under the RTI act -2005 have been completed by the government and the public authorities however some of the works as well as schemes of the departments are still pending for execution due to allocation of the necessary funds and in such cases demand under public utilities have no utilisation even maximum work of the said schemes have been completed by way and virtue of which the delay is continued as completion certificates could not be released till completion of the proposed work handed over to the department concerned or declared fit for the proper use . The government should take cognizance of the such schemes and works which may be completed after spending balance amount of the remaining allocations and demanded as for the demand under public utilities to complete the said schemes and the works which can be utilised for the welfare of society and circle after issue of the utilisation certificates.
