PARA (l l) AND PARA (V) OF CHECK LIST FILING APPEAL BEFORE THE FAA AND SIC ARE INDICATING TO WRITE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER.

Yesterday , during the held meeting of Jan Manch arranged by the District Admininistration in Senior secondary School Gandhir Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh Question of not writting the name by Public Information Officer delivering informations to the citizens of society and circle was raised for which the clear directions and instructions of the DOPT stand issued time to time by the department of Administrative reforms however still various Public Information Officers are not following instructions of the government and the department of the Administrative reforms even though para (V) of check list filing Appeals as per Appeals as per HPRTI   Rules ,2006 Rule 6(1) and Rule 6(3)mentioned as below is proof and evidence on the document supplied by the Honourable SIC and narrated as below :--"If the appeal is preferred against deemed refusal ,the particulars of the Application, including number and date and name and address of the Public Information Officer to whom the application was made ".In addition to above para (ll) of the check list also stating as under:-"Name and address of the Public Information Officer against the decision of whom the appeal is preferred." Under these conditions and circumstances of the law code manual prefixed by the RTI act publications it is primary duty of the PIOs to follow instructions of the DOPT and the Administrative reforms and write their name and designation for which the SIC too responsible to take notice of the instructions issued by the DOPT and Administrative reforms and demand strict compliance of the instructions in the interest of justice and fruitful results of the RTI act publications empowered to the citizens of country to bring transparency and accountability in the Administrative reforms
