MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 01-05-2022 AT VILLAGE BALHSINA (JAN MANCH DISCUSSION AND ARGUMENTS )

So called Jan Manch Programme held at Village Balh Sina Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh was attended today on first day of the May and the Chief guest was the Deputy speaker of Vidhan sabha where in local MLA of Jhandutta constituency was also present and the senior government officers and employees were also present including the Deputy Commissioner and the S.P Bilaspur for which number of Complaints and grievances of the general public have been raised by the common man suffering from the system of governance and accountability as such the matter of the by name and designation of Public information officer as not writing on the held correspondence was brought to the notice of the Chief guest and the all concerned for which necessary direction has been issued to do the needful in matter deliberation required to be maintained by the public authorities .In addition to this the annual reports of the State information commission required to be referred to the Vidhan sabha for discussion and objective to obtain conclusion for Administrative reforms too highlighted for the routine observation and further compliance at the level of house of members as well as the appropriate government so that fruitful results may be obtained from the system of governance through RTI act publications and the RTS act adjudication .
