REGISTRATION ACT OF HIMACHAL PRADESH SOCIETIES ASSENTED BY THE HONOURABLE GOVERNOR ON 20-10-2006

Mahajan ji, please go through the contents of the chapter -Vlll and Section 43related to the Amalgamation, Division, Dissolution and winding up of societies ,as matter already discussed with the all working members of the society and RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 ,time to time deliberated on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the present scenario of area of operation and maintaining the online schedule of events and meetings in the interest of coordination among each other however successfully operating and maintaining the system of governance under law code manual prefixed by the government of Himachal Pradesh in this behalf since the Himachal Pradesh Societies Registeration Act,2006  (As assented to by the honourable Governor on 20-10-2006 ) .
