DUE OBSERVANCE OF THE ALL INSTRUCTIONS ISSUED FOR THE CONDUCT OF WORK AND GOOD GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY UNDER INFORMATIONS MANAGEMENT MUST HAVE REVIEW AND CHECKS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS ORGANIZATION TO NOTE THE DEFECTS POINTED BY THE RTI ACTIVISTS AND VOLUNTEERS WORKING FOR THE WELFARE OF SOCIETY AND CIRCLE.

Despite of the several orders and instructions of the department of Administrative reforms organisation and too the Himachal Pradesh government notifications time to time issued to the all HODs and the respective ACS s of the government the Public information officers are taking no cognizance of the Rules of Allocation and business,as required in Conduct of the work related to the observance of all instructions and the information management including review of the Reports and returns as well as efficacy of analysis of data represention for which the Heads of the Department and the Heads of the office concerned must note the defects pointed by the RTI activists, Volunteers and the Resource persons during the course of action under article 350 of the constitution of India however no remedial measures are taken by the department concerned even though the RTI informations are issued without any verification and attestation of the confirmation of documents asked for the good governance and accountability under charter of public accountability as suggestions made by the Applicants ignored by the Public information officers even reminders too issued by the government and the department of Administrative reforms is proof and evidence on the record of the Public authorities for which the PIOs must be warned for the future course of action and disciplinary action should be initiated against the defaulters.
