PIOs ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS ORGANIZATION WORKING FOR THE GOOD GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY IN ADMININISTRATION AND FOLLOW DUE VERIFICATION OF THE MATERIAL ISSUED FROM THE PUBLIC DOMAIN OF THE OFFICE,TO APPLICANTS.

Shri Sanjay Kumar Village and post office Balghad Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh has shown the RTI documents received from the Public information officer Cum Headmaster Senior secondary school Balghad Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh and raised his objection before the RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh that the said documents related to the Attendance of his mother Ramkali issued without any verification of the documents even though some of the documents have been issued without any signatures of the office and authority which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern to be verified by the FAA and SIC or CIC as well as the department of Administrative reforms responsible to issue clear directions to the all Public information officers regarding to follow the instructions and guidelines of the orders of the department of personnel and training time to time issued by the government to all the Heads of Departments and the Heads of office too responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance however people are facing problems due to unusual practice and wrong deal of cases at the level of the Public information officers and too the FAA for which the State information commission is also required to issue necessary disciplinary action pointed out by the Appellants and the RTI activists, Volunteers and the Resource persons working for the welfare of society and circle.In the present case of Complaint furnished by Shri Sanjay Kumar Village and post office Balghad Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh an order of removal from service against his mother also processed for review and re-examine of case before the Honourable High court of Himachal Pradesh demanding justice against the wrong interpretation of law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India.Under these conditions and circumstances of the Procedure laid down by the government and the department of Administrative reforms it is necessary to protect the fundamental rights of the RTI activists and Volunteers and issue proper documents with signatures of the PIOs instead of the illegal processing of records which must require appropriate vision and correction by the FAA and SIC or CIC as such the documents are required to be stamped for the verification of old attestation and regularisation of the absentee statement of the government employees working for the placement issued by the circular of the government instead of the private body of the school structure and function laid down by the study of protocol mentioned in the guidelines of the department concerned too responsible for the good governance and accountability for which the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication may be processed with procedure to obtain the information contained in the public domain of the such institutions working for the welfare of school children and the students under law code manual prefixed by the government of Himachal Pradesh under Rules of Business for their orders and compliance by the institution of the school body and service for consideration at the level of Public authorities.
