Our society and humanity is responsible to think about the truth of life and liberty, where every person of the area and community is responsible to follow law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India, in this behalf, may be of any determination of the demand under public service or struggle for the true  democracy of transparency and accountability and movement for the training and workshop programme of the RTI and the RTS act adjudication found necessary for strengthening of the frame work of involving Welfare organization for spreading awareness among the people of the society and circle on behalf of the state Government to develop and organise educational programmes to advance the understanding of the public about exercise of their right to information, keeping in view the gigantic task which requires involvement of various sections of society and communities facing corruption and delays in deciding matters , where the RTI welfare Association, group and society is playing an important role in disseminating knowledge about the use of the right to information Act.
