Friends, As per programme made for the joining awareness generation for RTI arranged by the Chamba zone of members and associates, I could not leave my home for the Chamba because of heavy rain in the area of District Bilaspur as well as the Chamba, so it is becoming necessary to leave this idea of joining the RTI week celebration at Chamba (Minjar mela) programme arranged by your coordination Group and management committee, doing needful under the provision made for the capacity building of practical regime of right to information for the new era entrants required in order to promote the transparency and accountability in the administration. Further it is highlighted that during this celebration of the week long programme at Chamba, online guidelines time to time issued by the department of personnel and training, related to seeking information by the applicants and volunteers have been communicated to the Group members and what's app friends for the supply of communication gap, because of the physical activities in presence of each other at Chamba, where our Group members are taking cognisance of the demand under public utility and services and providing helpline to the people joining the Camp /Stall issued by the Chamba administration to RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 and maintained by the Group Coordination Committee for use and exercise of RTI access to information under the control of the public authorities, required in order to promote the transparency and accountability, in the working of every public authority , as per the guidelines of the Department of the personnel and training, time to time elaborating the provisions and method of its use by the general public and the said guidelines have accordingly been submitted through this communication of the demand under public service , as prepared for the information seekers by the department of personnel and training.
