MINUTES OF ONLINE RTI MEETING HELD ON 15-8-2026 FROM 8.00 PM TO 9.15 PM WITH THE REASONS FOR ITS ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS OR QUASI -JUDICIAL DECISIONS, WHICH AFFECT THE PUBLIC

An online RTI meeting was arranged on 15-8-2026 right from 8pm to 9.15 pm by Shri Uttam Chand Vashishth former BDC jadera District Chamba and a coordinator of the RTI task force working for the welfare of society and circle and taking cognisance of the review under proceeding of public grievances maintained for the administrative reforms through respective Deputy Commissioner commissioners of the districts, where in Shri Ramesh Chand Thakur an Ex -service man of Chamba has been sitting on Dharna pradarshan before the Deputy Commissioner office at Chamba Himachal pradesh, in connection with non compliance of action against the corrupt practices of the area and circle, even clear vision of the Sub Divisional Magistrate and the other concerned is proof and evidence on the record. Shri Sanjay Kumar Shukla the Guide and a leading advocate from Bihar also remained present on the occasion of this discussion on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be decided for the future course of action under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf, however Shri Shukla has given opinion on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be further continue with the decision making regarding to take urgent meeting with the respective Deputy commissioner of Chamba and in case of non compliance issue and matter must be brought to the notice of Honourable Court of Law for necessary investigation as departmental authorities are taking no cognisance of the pending cases related to criminal justice and financial disputes, even clear vision of the reports and returns, list by way and virtue of which it is necessary to follow FIR before the police through Court of law or direct before the police authorities, so that cases may be decided accordingly in the matters pending before the department under proceedings for the further investigations and penal action under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf. MINUTES OF ONLINE MEETING HELD UNDER THE BANNER OF NATIONAL CAMPAIGN COMMITTEE (26-4-2026).

It was an occasion today on 26-4-2026 when attended the online meeting of the National Campaign Committee forum for fast track justice regularly convened by Shri Shivanand Diwevdi from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm where in the following key members and guide for the workshop and training remained present for dialogue and discussion observing the present scenario of speedy justice in our democracy working for the people to the people and by the people. In addition to Shri Virender Kumar Thakker, a Resource person from the Uttarakhand Shri praveen patel, Shri Surender M Bhanot, Shri Mishra, Shri Harish Solanki Dr Tara Chand, Dr Vinay, Shri Sandeep, Ravi and Rinku were present for the held discussion on the captioned subject of deliberation required to be generalised for institution and defence of the Court cases where pendency is increasing day by day over the years and the Government activities has become so vast and do diverse that there is hardly any area where the common man does not come into contact with Government. The contact may be direct, in the form of Government services, land administration system maintained by the Government, or it may be indirect, in the form of Rules and Acts which regulates transactions even between private citizens or organizations. Naturally the resolution of disputes arising from various transactions tend to involve the Government either central or the state or local self reliance Government in the urban and Rural areas, in fact the Government is the biggest litigant, list by way and virtue of which people and common man facing all such problems because of delay and dereliction of duty right from RTI levels of the work and conduct to Honourable Supreme Court of India and on the other hand the Government expects the public to assist in this field of eradication of corruption for rooting out corruption in the Government offices but people are not in position to work as public authority however may file complaints for the needful under law code manual prefixed by the law and Rules in this behalf where more than required pendency of cases ruining the future prospects for timely action and corrections or administrative reforms and the decision making under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf where the judiciary and Administration must try their level best for action under the provision made but it is.regretted to point the non compliance and ill fated decision even in the cases of the RTI. :-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Directed RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number 9459334377

MINUTES OF ONLINE RTI MEETING HELD WITH THE CHAMBA ZONE OF ACTIVISTS AND MEMBERS ON 06-03-2026 FOR DECIDING MOVE RELATED TO "DHARNA PRADARSHAN" BEFORE THE OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER CHAMBA HIMACHAL PRADESH

An online RTI welfare event was convened today on 6-03-2026 under the banner of HPCD 3552 from 3-30 pm to 4-30 pm which was attended in connection with the Dharna pradarshan by Chamba zone of members in the premises of the Deputy Commissioner Chamba. The meeting was attended by Shri Pyar Muhammed Finance Secretary RTI welfare association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Shri Uttam Chand Former BDC and coordinator of the task force Shri Prem Singh Tangania, Shri Chaman and Shri Tarsem Singh where in some Advocates of the Chamba bar Shri Bhanu partap and Shri Palbhar also attended the dharna pradarshan in connection with their old cases and action on the captioned subject but the administration taking no cognisance in the matter pending before the district administration and the police department, responsible for the further action under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf as the administration failed to take suitable action against the defaulters. MINUTES OF ONLINE RTI MEETING HELD ON 7-2-2026 UNDER THE BANNER OF RTI WELFARE ASSOCIATION REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD, 3552 , BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH (RTI ACTIVISTS UNDER THREAT AND DANGER)

An online RTI meeting was convened today on February 7,2026 right from 7pm to 8-30 pm under the banner of RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh which was attended by Shri Pyar Muhammed, Finance Secretary of the Welfare Group, Shri Prem Singh Tangania from Solan zone and member of the state welfare Association, Shri Uttam Chand Vashish former BDC member of the Jadera ward and Group Coordinator for task force activities related to the awareness drive movement, Shri Roshan Lal Verma from Chamba zone and Shri Tarsem Bhardwaj along with some other new era entrants of the area too remained present for the event on the captioned subject matter related to the various problems of the active members of the society and circle. Shri Prem Singh Tangania Executive Member from the Solan zone has taken issue and matter of FIR against him which has been revengefully manipulated by the Tampo union leaders by involving a lady of area in the false involvement of man handling which is wrong and incorrect as no such question of FIR could be accepted in the matter and it is an incorrect and illegal thinking of the third party involved in this behalf of the FIR. In addition to said issue and matter of false FIR Shri Pyar Muhammed and Shri Uttam Chand Vashish also raised the issue of High Court decision which is still pending before the district administration taking no cognisance of the safety measures, as involved in the enquiry proceedings against the many cases pending before the district administration and there facing danger to their life safety because the culture has been going from bad to worst and the RTI informations are kept pending because of the non functional status of the Commission, where there is no Commissioner in the present and the FAAs are also taking no cognisance of the section 19(6) of the right to information Act, 2005,list by way and virtue of which it is clear that people are facing problems and government is silent on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be furnished under sub section (3) of section 15 of the right to information Act, 2005 .
