MINUTES OF ONLINE RTI MEETING HELD WITH THE CHAMBA ZONE OF ACTIVISTS AND MEMBERS ON 06-03-2026 FOR DECIDING MOVE RELATED TO "DHARNA PRADARSHAN" BEFORE THE OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY COMMISSIONER CHAMBA HIMACHAL PRADESH

An online RTI welfare event was convened today on 6-03-2026 under the banner of HPCD 3552 from 3-30 pm to 4-30 pm which was attended in connection with the Dharna pradarshan by Chamba zone of members in the premises of the Deputy Commissioner Chamba. The meeting was attended by Shri Pyar Muhammed Finance Secretary RTI welfare association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Shri Uttam Chand Former BDC and coordinator of the task force Shri Prem Singh Tangania, Shri Chaman and Shri Tarsem Singh where in some Advocates of the Chamba bar Shri Bhanu partap and Shri Palbhar also attended the dharna pradarshan in connection with their old cases and action on the captioned subject but the administration taking no cognisance in the matter pending before the district administration and the police department, responsible for the further action under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf as the administration failed to take suitable action against the defaulters. Keeping in view the situation and position arrived at this stage of the conclusion the members present on the occasion decided to continue this dharna pradarshan for three days more and necessary awareness drive would also be continued for this behalf of the mission and move required for the stern action against the defaulters and related to the pending complaints before the District administration, since long:-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number, 9459334377
