InformationPeople have been empowered to bring transparency and accountability in the administration and people may get their benefits related to access to information under this provision of the Right to information Act, 2005 , where unemployed may get their information on jobs and vacancy position on the records and other public services available under the public service guarantee Act, federal rights and the fiscal responsibility and may obtain access to information concerning to the transparent commitments made by the Government in this behalf of the justice and democracy for the people of the people and by the people, where it is necessary to provide the information under provision made for the welfare of people of society and circle. However it is regretted for the unfair work and conduct in the commercial system of maintaining and retrieving information and producing reports in the systematic process of development and design presentation of data and analyzed data, identified by the public authorities after due consideration, established for the useful links and generation of reports and returns, predicting the future scope and design of the schemes and programmes of the logical designs into the physical transactions and components based on the feasibility study approved by the user department/office, since they alone know what information they need and how useful it is likely to be, but public authorities could not ignore law code manuals prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf for want of disclosure under section 4 of the right to information Act, 2005 . As such it is becoming problem under the present circumstances, as the State information commission is defunct and there is no hearing in favor of the applicants for complaint against the public information officer and the FAA taking no cognisance of the accuracy and correctness as well as timelines for theq
