DEPARTMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS HAS RENOTIFIED MEMO DATED 8-8-2013 ON 23-12-2021 WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO ENSURE BY NAME AND DESIGNATION MEMOS AND THE RTI/RTS INFORMATIONS /APPEALS ALONG WITH PHONE NUMBER AND THE e-MAIL I.D

Immediate letter of renotified confirmation has been issued by the government of Himachal Pradesh department of Personnel Administrative Reforms vide number Per(AR) B (12) -2/2015 dated 23-12-2021 addressed to the all Administrative Secretaries to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, The resident Commissioner HP Himachal Bhawan Sikandra Road New Delhi, All HOD in Himachal Pradesh, All the Divisional Commissioners in HP , All the Deputy commissioners in HP , The Secretary to Governor Himachal Pradesh Raj Bhawan Shimla-2,The Secretary HP Vidhan sabha Shimla-4 , The Secretary to Lokayukta, HP Shimla-2, The Registrar General , HP High Court , Shimla 171001 ,The Managing Directors / Chief Executive officers / Secretaries/ Registrar's of the all the Boards /. Commissions/ Corporations / Autonomous Bodies / PSUs Govt Universities etc . Regarding writing the name and designation on the RTI correspondence made in the informations/ Appeals for which the previous notification issued by the department on 8-8-2013 has also been brought to the notice of the all concerned to observe the adhering instructions related to the every letter or memorandum or circular and the RTI informations/ Appeals or any other form of communication issued from the department concerned and must bear the full name and designation of the officer / signing authority along with address of the department/ Office .The phone number and the e-mail I.D of the officers may also be printed at an appropriate place in the letter issued by the Public authorities, and strict compliance of the above instructions have been made essential under law code manual prefixed by the government to protect fundamental rights of the RTI applicants , Activists, Volunteers Resource persons working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the every officer under RTI and copy of the same has also been issued to the Er Fateh Chand Guleria Director RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 , Village Kathuin ,PO Gandhir Teh Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh wrto letter dated 20-12-2021with the intimation that action on all other points/ Suggestions has already been taken by the department of Administrative reforms .
