SUGGESTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE WRITING AND REWRITING BY RTI ACTIVISTS AND VOLUNTEERS , ALONG WITH REQUEST FOR SERVICE UNDER LAW IS A DUTY OF THE FAA AND SIC OR CIC FOR WHICH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS ORGANIZATION WORKING FOR THE GOOD GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY.
RTI welfare Association Registered number HPCD 3552 Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh working through online digital programmes and workshop and training for new era entrants joining the events on captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf is dependent on the administrative reforms organisation and raising the issue and matter deliberation required for freedom to explore social audit report and documentation for the consideration of wrong interpretation and delay in deciding the cases for its verifications and suggestive measures to improve the values and knowledge of discovery challenged for review and re-examine of case for visual understanding ignored at the lower level of the application furnished before the PIO and FAA being responsible to protect the fundamental rights of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance however taking no cognizance of the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf.As such rewriting and submitting RTI and RTS Appeals before the FAA and SIC or CIC has been empowered to the citizens of country for doing the needful however very few people are filling the First Appeal and Second Appeal and taking no cognizance of the description made by the Law code manual prefixed by the Act ibid even allowed for the dialogue and discussion before the competent higher authority through exploration and discovery for the administrative reforms required to reinforce the outcome of the history of the case file wrong assessed the the PIO and creating problem to the applicants for which necessary request is required to be made before the next higher level of the RTI and RTS act adjudication for which the RTI activists and Volunteers working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the focus on mistakes and suggestions for improvement ignored at the lower level of work and conduct by the government duty and responsibility challenged before the FAA and SIC or CIC for further review and re-examine of case however it is necessary to explain the entire situation and position with active aesthetic skills and experience of the rewriting and defining the concept for Appeal and Second Appeal found necessary for obtaining the result of the performance made by the Applicant appearing for the outcome of the rewriting and defining the problem and unnecessary hurdles created by the lower level of the government functionaries acting against the letter and spirit of the advice of the government instructions and guidelines time to time issued by the competent higher authority for taking cognizance of the amazing benefits of the applicant demanding under law code manual prefixed by the RTI and RTS act adjudication however delayed and denied by the lower level functionaries of the Public authorities and again furnished before the competent higher authority for suggestive measures taken into account by the appropriate government after verification of documents and findings noticed by the government and the other concerned under provison made by the article 350 of the constitution of India as facing wrong interpretation and illegal proceedings and demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance for which the government is responsible to do the needful and bring transparency and accountability under law code manual however rewriting and defining the concept of new vision and correction is a matter of explanation before the FAA and SIC or CIC for which every RTI activist and Volunteer as well as the Resource person may follow this course of the Procedure laid and further stated by the aim and objective of the Act for suggestion and improvement by the appropriate government.
