PEOPLE FROM BIHAR COMPLAINING AGAINST THE MNREGA FOR SERVICE UNDER LAW AS LABOUR COMPONENTS REDUCED AND THE MATERIAL PURCHASED BY THE AGENCY (PANCHAYATI RAJ DEPARTMENT)

The measurement book has been completed as per the work done and job for plantation for which barbed wire has also been purchased and Payment of the GST too added  The datails of measurements are required to be justified under work order and its approval by the competent higher authority which could be verified under law code manual prefixed by the design &scope of the work done and created for the provision made by the project for plantation work and it's safeguard which has not been shown in the MB and required to be verified by the social audit report and Enquiry for the verification of test inspection and check for the Community realisation and pointed under the provision of transpancy and accountability in the expenditure made and work completed as per the specifications given in the Detailed project report of the department of RDD and Panchayati Raj through Mahatma Gandhi National rural employment guarantee scheme however it seems that expenditure incurred on the purchase of material component has been increased in comparison to the labour payment which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern to be noticed by the government and the department of RDD for which the Director of project management system is too responsible to issue necessary instructions to the Panchayati Raj regarding to follow the exact percentage of components required to be prefixed for the payments for labor and material separately as laid in the schedule under instruction and clause given in the discharge of duty by the system for service under guarantee given by the government to the people of Gram Sabha during the course of meeting for creation of the work and mandaya generated for the needful job card holders demanding their livelihood from the government as per the Act ibid.
