GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE ONLINE MODE OF RTI AND RTS ACT ADJUDICATION,AT ALL LEVEL OF THE SYSTEM FOR SERVICE UNDER UTILITIES.

Mismanagement of the government position and situation is having a worst impact on the fundamental wrong and misuse of the government funding at all levels of the work and conduct managed by the government machinery and infrastructure for which the government has empowered all citizens of country to follow the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication and took cognizance of the transparency and accountability in the administration however the public authorities are reluctant to follow law and rules prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf and doing all this in routine even though the RTI and RTS has been prefixed as a time bound schedule of the work profile and results for the good governance and accountability.The supreme court of India has again issued guidelines to the all High court's and the other concerned regarding to follow system of RTI on the basis of digital online schedule for hearing and findings noticed by the study made and created for the good governance and accountability particularly when there is huge pendency of the cases in the courts all over the country for which significant improvement of the new technologies working and linking the physical proceedings of the work and conduct through the low cost and easy availability of the capable system generated for the welfare of society and circle and doing the needful under law code manual prefixed by the digital matrix technology working for the online schedule of events and activities since the long and it has become necessary to take advantage of the system given by the government and required to be maintained by the public authorities as responsible for the time bound action and disciplinary action if not providing the services well in time prescribed for the good governance and accountability in this behalf.
