WRITING IS OFTEN HARD THAN SPEAKING, SO IDENTIFICATION MADE NECESSARY UNDER THE RTI AND RTS, EXPLAINING THE RANK /GRADE OF THE PUBLIC FUNCTIONARIES

Writing is often hard than speaking where one may consider the relationship between the intentions and meaning of words laid down on some article or a sentence or paragraph to convey precisely what does it means to the feeling and while also holding attentions of the readers taking cognisance of the polished writing and meaning related to the captioned subject matter deliberations and required for the justice and transparency corrosive to readers and contents offers to take this problem removed by way of written or polished text, but it is becoming difficult to get it resulted out from the potential to corrode the human practice of writing and making it fruitful for the welfare of society and circle under decision making process of improving the infrastructure and bringing out the necessary manuals from within their resources.
