ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND REMEDIES FOR ACCURACY AND CORRECTNESS ARE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE RTI AND RTS, WHERE THERE SHOULD BE NO COMPROMISE BY THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS

Friends, RTI welfare Groups, societies and organisations are maintaining the real democracy of reforms in the governance of public redressal of grievances, related to the general public and also to the individuals, working for the good governance and citizens charters mandatory for all citizens of the county including the political parties and the parliamentary democracy of our country, where it is very essential to have correct and accurate vision of the access to information and the way out for remedies against misleading, incomplete and incorrect informations, working against the natural justice and the right path of democracy for the people of the people and by the people. As such the active members and volunteers of the task force are requested to have cooperation and coordination with the public authorities working for the major outputs/ tangible results/services under the routine work of governance, and the Government functionaries are required to make decisions in a discretionary manner but broad guiding principles must be followed in some rule or the other, otherwise it is against the law code manuals prefixed by the codes for considerations and decision making process adopted by the decision making chain , in this behalf, becomes accountable to the governed and actual outcomes of the work done may not fulfill the strengthening compliance with this provision made for the welfare of people of society and circle and demanding suo motu disclosure of the public domain of more and more items, making these results fruitful and usable for the commitments under law code manuals prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf and doing their duty under the aim and objective of administrative reforms for the people of country fighting for the right cause of democracy for the people of the people and by the people, but not satisfied with the accountability :-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh phone number, 9459334377
