GOVERNMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW PRINCIPLE OF NON DISCRIMINATION AND BRING TRANSPARENCY IN ADMININISTRATION.

Political parties are wooing voters for the power game and now a situation has come where in the government can not provide basic amenities due to lack of funds and the position is going bad to worst for which all political parties are responsible to follow the positive voting instead of the vote on the promises and freebies for which the election commission of India must demand RTI information from the political parties as related to their collection of funding and accountability however no political party is taking cognizance of the RTI Act publications and ignoring the law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf. A stage has come where the voters must look forward and have opinion on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the public accountability as facing problems due to unusual account of delay in the various schemes where common man is unable to get benefits of the basic amenities on the other hand some people are taking maximum benefits of the general schemes by taking use and exercise of the provision made for every one residing in the society and community.Under these conditions and circumstances it would be difficult to bring regulatory mechanism as destroying the equal opportunity for all living in the society and circle. The social justice is necessary for the administrative reforms under law code manual but there is no awareness among the people of country demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance for which the government is responsible to bring awareness and awakening required for the good governance and accountability however the basic structure of the democratic republic is too going out of systematic review and revision of the economic growth and population sciences favouring the sample survey at sixth instant related to the upliftment of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance however failing to appear before the competent higher authority responsible for their benefits ensuring every one at equal plateform and opportunities availed by the every beneficiary for which no one could be held responsible as such the beneficiary is only responsible to forward his case file and application before the competent higher authority and get it done from the system of governance for which awareness drive and awakening is too necessary to accomplish the task and responsibilities under administrative requirements and take benefits of the charter of public accountability however it is difficult for every one to do needful under law code manual and the procedural compliance if remaining pending no one would help the applicant .As such the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication found necessary in the present system of governance must have appropriate training and workshops to common man still unaware about the benefits of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication even this much essence of the non -discriminatory Act passed by the parliamentary democracy of country in favor of the people of country to remove discrimination and follow the principles of the non discrimination while taking cognizance of the equal opportunity for benefits and schemes issued by the government to protect fundamental rights of the common man demanding free and fair justice from the system of governance.
