HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE TO IMPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS AND THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS DEPARTMENT/ORGANISATION WORKING FOR THE GOOD GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY IN ADMININISTRATION.

All the three branches of the democratic republic working in the country under the provisions of constitution of India provides for the Executive headed by the Governor,The state Legislature consisting of the Governor and the legislative assembly, and the High court of state and all are required to work on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be maintained by the law and rules and pertinent to the transparency and accountability in the administration so that people of state and federal structure may get justice from the system of governance working under the constitutional provisions made for the welfare of society and circle and doing the needful under law code manual prefixed by the government of state ,required to be submitted to the Chief Minister of the state , raising question of policy or of administrative importance and the administrative reforms.As such provision of the RTI act publications and too the RTS act adjudication has been empowered to the citizens of country to take advantage of the said provision made by the government for the good governance and accountability.In addition to above the department of Administrative reforms organisation too working for the good governance and accountability and taking cognizance of the work and conduct of the government employees.Under the provision made and inspection of documents verified by the department of Administrative reforms,the shortcomings noticed and defects pointed will be pointed out to the Heads of the Department/Offices for the remedial action and all suggestions for improvement suggested by the organisation will be implemented with the consent of the respective Heads of the Departmentsn.In case of the difference of opinion,orders of the Chief Secretary will be obtained in the matter before asking the Heads of the Departments to implement the recommendations.The Applicants may submit complaints under article 350 of the constitution of India before the competent higher authority for redressal of grievances and taking cognizance of the public welfare under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf for which Article 21 of the constitution of India too protecting the fundamental rights of the citizens of country in addition to the articl 19(1) and (2) of the constitution.
