Today on 11 -7-2025 it was an occasion to attend some urgent meetings with the Public information officers and the First Appellate authorities at district head quarter Bilaspur with department of Public Works and the Forest where in no officer was available in the office and the representations furnished before the office and authority was an alternative before applicant. As such after doing needful, I came back to home where it was told me by the family members that Shri Vijay Kumar Chandel my brother in law from Gehadwin expired today and it is necessary to join the funeral at that place of the near relative. His mother died earlier thirteen days ago and ex service man Subedar Shri Vijay Kumar chandel her son died after with in very short period was a very shocking time for the all family members and the relatives, but it is  an unavoidable crucial time for the all in family and relationship for which me along with my brothers went there on this occasion of the funeral ceremony and took part on the last presence of someone missing among we people on the occasion along with their number of villagers and family members. It is understood that Shri Vijay Kumar chandel was a patient of the chronic disease and was under treatment at Chandigarh but experts and the medical doctors cannot save his life and after the death of his mother he also left the universal truth of society and circle, within a period of fourteen days because of the shock and could not bear this shocking period of certain causes relating all the people of human dignity and circle maintained for the welfare of each other in the society, area and circle and helping each other in this behalf of the human bondage and bonds, where true heart of the sole and solidarity lies in the evolving bond between all in the relationship and friend circle, despite of the differences as well as shared struggles, empathy and love for the connectivity, making this truth of the life and liberty a short term game plan for all living together in the one platform of this universal truth of the characters with their own life line of this story with a predictable ending of the missing for ever from the society and circle:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, phone number 9459334377 , Bilaspur Himachal pradesh
