ROAD SAFETY ACT:-- The road safety act has been framed to control the accidents and mis happening due to unusual behaviour and practice of the work and conduct by the road users driving different types of the motors and vehicle on the roads passed for the vehicular traffic by the department of public works working for the construction and maintenance of the roads in the states . The accident prone areas are highlighted by the study of impact assessment realised by the department of construction as well as the police department too made responsible to aware the driving people and society for the safety measures of the required instructions for which workshop and training seminars are arranged by the department of police once in a year and for a week .As regards the black spots on the roads where accidents are happened in the maximum number of percentage occurance such points must be brought to the notice of driving people by road side boards and signals for the protective measures more over it is very essential to improve the qualities and conditions of the said spots by way of improving the road width,camber ,super elevation , ruling gradient , horizontal and vertical curvature of the points required to improve the eye sight distance etc etc and it is necessary to protect the fundamental rights of the Citizens of society and circle for which necessary approval of the improvement of such black spots must be given by the competent higher authority for correction of the road safety parameters for which the state governments are responsible to issue empowerment of the Engineering department responsible to improve the black spots of the marks noticed too by the road safety committee,in this behalf and too responsible to protect the safety measures related as to the road safety act and measures, for which the provision of foot path , cart track,and the bus bays must be allowed under the classification of the road safety act publications time to time discussed with in the provisos to verify the increase in the volume of the vehicular traffic and the evaluations highlighted in this behalf of the monitoring and evaluation by the engineering department responsible for the upgradation of the roads

MAKE ROAD SAFETY A HABIT AND THE ACCOUNTABILITY:--Many people lost their lives during the past several years due to various reasons of the happenings which includes drinking habits of the drivers , overspeeding of the vehicles as well as the probability of institutionalised act for the road safety measure by way and virtue of which the black spots existing in the road infrastructures at different places are required to be verified in the accidental prone areas and corrective action should be taken by the study of protocol mentioned in the law code of the IRC in such places of the black spots where precautionary boards must be provided till the required correction of the black spots has not been done by the construction agencies.The department of traffic police should also protect the parameters of the ensured road safety act by introducing necessary guidelines to the all concerned and reports of the black spots must be brought to the notice of the Executive Engineer of the department concerned so that necessary accountability required for the safety of human lives may be escaped in the reforms suggested by the expert opinion working for the safety of initiatives for the road safety act and the advisiory committee introduced by the government should be notified from state level to sub division level of the administration in accordance with the provision of road safety act by designation responsible to report the such highlights be notified as the safety measures to improve the quality hygeine of system working for the control of the accidents and also to fix the accountability and save previous lives.

REGARDING THE ROAD SAFETY MEASURES :- The code of road safety measures and prevention of the road accidents has been modernized with the several equipment and the required preventive measures like road sign boards ,speed radars , automatic installation of the (ANPRs) even cameras to control the dangerous driving as well as the over-speeding have been provided for the prevention of accidents . Crores of rupees have been spent on the modernized equipments and accessories required for the road safety purposes by the study and system of facilitation but it is regretted for the still accidents for which the intoxication and careless driving is also responsible to loss of the life safety. Accordingly it is necessary for the required charter of safety measures regarding to increase the patrolling along the highways by making the provision of centralized contact of the control rooms as such thousands of people have lost their lives in accidental prone areas per year and still process is continued to which the report of the police authority may be obtained as the said department is also working for the road safety measures in addition to the NHAI and trying to minimise the death toll rise of the human life in the such incidents.
