ERRONEOUS FACTORS OF THE ACCESS TO MERIT AND PERFORMANCE IN THREE TYRES OF OUR DEMOCRACY MAY BRING DIS SATISFACTION AMONG THE CITIZENS OF COUNTRY.

Democracy is working for the welfare of the people of the country , as such it is necessary to take cognisance of the transparency and accountability , charter of public accountability and the welfare of each and every citizen of the country . As such it is necessary to work on the captioned subject of delimitation of the Parliamentary constituencies and too for the Assembly segments of the all states, as per the system and pattern of delimitation on the candidature of the panchayati raj system working on the captioned subject of all citizens of the area and circle in routine instead of the permanent stakeholders of the areas and circle list by way and virtue of which it is possible to have political stability and balance required for the good governance and accountability under law code manual, for which our Constitution is doing needful since the democracy in India. It is a primary duty of the citizens of our country to follow system for the constitutional reforms and do needful in the interest of good governance and accountability instead of the erroneous decision and wrong assessment of the procedure for promotion of the qualification and experience attained in the professional sphere of the duty and responsibility given by the Constitution of India in this behalf of the good governance and accountability where there is no place for the erroneous merit and flawed structure of the administration and the judiciary as well as system of our democracy working for the welfare of society and circle and doing needful for the every citizen, where there should be no permanent benchmark and stay on top of the dignity and place for get it on the practical journey of status and position for the democratic reforms, too necessary for the others in the fray of democratic reforms and taking cognisance of the discovery but feeling helpless because of the political trends and ideas for the equal representation to all in the society and circle, as such the democracy is maintained by the Parliamentary business and the administration as well as the judiciary where there should be no interfere in the working of each other failing which it may not satisfy the all citizen living in present and waiting for the future performance of their life and liberty.

MERITS AND DEMERITS OF THE MSP DEMANDED BY THE FORMERS ORGANISATION MUST HAVE LOOK BY THE GOVERNMENT, IN THE INTEREST OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT OF THE AGRICULTURE REFORMS.

Government is responsible to fix maximum and minimum support price of the Agriculture products and bring stability in the Agriculture reforms for the welfare of formers working for the needs of others and doing their work in the interest of their demands again started by the joint Morcha across Punjab and Haryana from the Republic Day pending for the last two years. Formers organisation gearing up their struggle against the government and the government is too taking interest in the dialogue with the formers organisation but no solution has been reached out even three times dialogue with the joint formers organisation and the dialogue will be again held on the coming Sunday to settle the charter of demands processed by the formers unity struggling for the the MSP and ready to take any major decision in case of any exploitation. Earlier the said agitation of the formers organisation against three repealed laws could not be settled by the Government for amicably settlement of the demands highlighted by the formers organisation in this behalf for which the formers were sitting on the National capitals borders against the said farm laws and now again agitating against the demands of their pending agenda for the welfare of improvement of their capital and products and demanding Maximum and minimum support price of the government corridor. The government is responsible to decide the reasonable MSP based on the analysis of rates and expenditure incurred on the crops output for which the Small and medium level formers are getting some wages compensation from the government however MSP would definitely improve the system generated by the Formers to increase their output and bring financial stability in the professional development and increase in the business. The Formers are also getting maximum helps and subsidies from the government corridor, Central as well as the state governments doing it upto the possible extent, but it is necessary to bring MSP for which the Agriculture scientists must have their analysis on the captioned subject of description for expenditure incurred and rate analysed by the competent authority responsible to bring cost to cost, analysis of the rate assessed for each items of the crop. The report submitted by the Agriculture research concentration for agreement is definitely a genuine demand of the Formers and it may bring transparency and accountability in the work and performance of formers including the small and the medium level formers too serving their society and circle, in addition to their needs of the day to day demands under public consumption and system generated by the government to improve local markets and agriculture development centers managed by the Mandi Boards.

VOTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ELECT THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ON THE BASIS OF THE MERITS AND DEMERITS AFTER VERIFYING THE REPORT CARDS OF EACH , AND PERFORM THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS ,IN THE INTEREST OF GOOD GOVERNANCE .

COMPAIGNING IN HIMACHAL PRADESH BY THE POLITICAL LEADERS :-- The election commission of India has declared the Assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh on 12-11-2022 for which the various political parties are wooing the voters to get power by way of the political aspirations required to be made decided by the citizens of state in favor of the political parties and the candidates fighting for the power game . Virtually the game is related to the essence of victory of good over bad or the evil which is required to be verified by the voters of the particular area and the constituency .The sitting Members of the political parties are responsible to issue their Report card to the public for  assessment and vision as they had worked for the past five years in favor of their voters and protected their rights and obligations under law code manual prefixed by the constitution of India in this behalf. On the other hand the new era entrants joining the political scenario and election for the welfare of society and circle must show their previous working and experience related to the political social working on the captioned subject matter deliberation required to be verified by the general public of constituency and it is the duty and responsibility of the voters to verify the facts and figures of the merits and demerits of each candidate and do the needful under preference and choice for the representation .It is too necessary to elect a honest and social worker for the public service as per instruction under law code manual prefixed by the government and too by the election commission of India failing which people are too resposible to ignoring the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India, as such it is the duty of the voter to follow good governance and accountability and do the needful under law while voting for the welfare of society and circle and the right man should come forward for the position and pot for which every citizen of state and constituency may fight if interested to join the fray and game of the social service for Public welfare.
