BETTER SENSE OF OWNERSHIP CREATES GOOD GOVERNANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY, AND SYSTEM IS RESPONSIBLE TO CONTRIBUTE FOR INTERVENTION
Every organisation require transparency and accountability in the interest of justice and fairness for the good governance, as such the hidden costs for maintaining the work and conduct and inefficiencies along with lack of future preparedness may hurt the organization eventually for which it is necessary to have correct and accurate leadership of the ownership, wherein low accountability impacts Agility and performance it also hurts reputation and experience of the talent and the risk is very clear but the question is who owns accountability and finally the work field and workplace impacts how it practices low accountability and the relationship also matters as people simply depends upon the guides for the decision making and taking no cognisance on the demand and check for the specific talent which is very necessary in the interest of promotion of the organization as well as individual concerned, working for the welfare of society and circle and doing needful under law code manual prefixed by the ownership of accountability, while one may think about this leadership of the ownership, it obviates accountability and the true leadership development and a frame work for the responsibility and accountability and reveals the magnitude determining the right levels and direction, they belong to the culture and quality performance for the welfare of people of society and circle, doing needful under the provision made for good governance and accountability.
