MONITORING AND REPORTING OF THE RTI AND THE RTS ACT ADJUDICATION BY SIC OR CIC, AS THE CASE MAY BE, IS A MIRROR OF THE GOVERNMENT FUNCTION AND REQUIRED DUTY DISCHARGE BY THE CITIZENS OF SOCIETY AND CIRCLE.

As for as the RTI and the RTS act adjudicated is concerned which reflects the transparency and accountability of the span under law code manual prefixed by the parliamentary democracy of our country since, 2005 where the RTI activists and volunteers are a mirror for the people of country and society and circle, doing their duty in the interest of justice for the transparency and charter of public service guarantee, but it evolved more generally to mean something of little value, as very few people are taking cognisance of definition of the expanded digital content that is produced usually in quantity by means of the artificial intelligence instead of physical propaganda and notice for the welfare of society and circle, as eradication of corruption is also necessary for the improvement of administrative reforms, failing which people may not accept this unpleasant image of the work and conduct placed on the records of the public authorities and asked for the RTI evaluations made under law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India, in this behalf, being fundamental right of the citizens of country, where there is no fake manipulation at the levels of the applicants , as demanding their view points from the public authorities, in the interest of justice and fair play deed and for which the public information officers must be held responsible to have correct and complete information, instead of misleading information and wrong deal and wrong assessment of the cases for reexamine under section 19(6) of the right to information Act, 2005 where it is a quasi-judicial function of the FAA to issue necessary information to the applicants instead of delay and dereliction of duty at their end being officers of the department concerned for which the SIC or CIC may take cognisance of the such lapse and irregularities, knowingly misconstrued by the public information officers and declared responsible by the Act for disciplinary action for which no review and revision of cases must have correct vision of the SIC or CIC, as the case may be, failing which it is not possible to bring transparency and accountability in the administration and there is no logic to process the RTI and the RTS applications before the public information officers:-- Er Fateh Chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552,Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
