MGNREGS /ACT FOR EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE MUST BE REFERRED TO THE PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE, IF THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT SATISFIED FROM THE ACT FOR USE AND EXERCISE .

The ruling party taking credit of the increase in mandays from one hundred days to 125 days by way of proposes changes in the bill to improve employment however earlier ten percent of the payments has now been increased to 40 percent which is against the natural justice given to the poor states and the poor people, demanding employment guarantee scheme from the Government of India in this behalf and continued since, 2005 onwards for which the government of India must verify the shortcomings of this scheme and the Act for the welfare of people of country facing problems because of the unemployment, more so, the framework of the MGNREGS/Act is totally taking cognisance of the poor people of the country and the government is responsible to protect the original guidelines and instructions of the time to time issued recommendations for the welfare of people of country instead of reducing the funding for the employment from 90 percent to sixty percent which is not genuine under the law code manual prefixed by the Constitution of India in this behalf. On the other hand the present government has also bring some changes in the Right to Information Act and the public service guarantee Act during 2019 onwards so related to miscellaneous intent over the alleged question marks for which the various groups and societies of the civil society groups are not agreed to bring such changes and alteration in the original frame work of the guidelines issued for the welfare of the people of country, list by way and virtue of which it is necessary for the Government of India regarding to work on the previous guidelines of the said Act and contribution to the true democracy of our country where every citizen of the country must have equity and good governance and it is necessary to work on the captioned of employment guarantee scheme instead of funding to the people for their personal impacts related to the freebies and other helping infrastructure development to the individual living in the society and communities of the poor people, for which necessary employment must be given to the needful one's instead of freebies and other subsidies for the permanent assets and liabilities on behalf of the government federal spirit of good governance and accountability.
