MINUTES OF ONLINE RTI MEETING HELD ON 21-12-2025 UNDER THE BANNER OF REGISTERED NUMBER HPCD, 3552 , BILASPUR HIMACHAL PRADESH (EFFICIENCY IN ADMINISTRATION) AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS.

RTI Welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh convened an online meeting on 21-12-2025 from 7.30 pm to 8-45 pm on the captioned subject of deliberation Efficiency in administration, prescribed under law code manual and related cases pending before the administrative departments for the reforms, thereof. The meeting was attended by Dr Chaman Deep Guleria, Shri Pyar Muhammed from the Chamba zone and the Finance Secretary of state welfare Association, Shri Uttam Chand Vashishth from the Chamba zone and a BDC Shri Kuldeep Thakur, Shri Prem Singh Tangania from the Solan zone Shri Amar Nath Dhiman from the Bilaspur Zone and Shri Garg from Chamba zone. All the members submitted their views on the efficiency in administration and administrative reforms by the public authorities however no one was satisfied on the captioned subject matter related to their thinking, based on their opinion and experiments, related to the real life application under access to information and further action for the good governance and accountability in this behalf of the supportive learning through the discussion held and observations made for the welfare of society and circle, time to time attending such events personalised and inspired by their duty and work and data based assessment of the each case processed before the house of members concluding the final decision on such inquiry based speaking opportunity for the reflection and presentation for the good governance and charter of public accountability. It is also realised to make such complaints before the parliamentary affairs Ministers and the Honourable Chief Minister and the Prime Minister of India regarding to issue necessary directions to the all public authorities, responsible for enhancing the welfare of public and expression and communication, based activities that may bring transparency and accountability in the working of the government corridors, failing which it is very difficult to remove corruption from the system generated by the Government , as the real concept of the RTI and the RTS must be related with the efficiency in administration and disciplinary action as well as penal action for delay and dereliction of duty, mentioned as in the Right to Information Act, 2005 in this behalf of the suggestion and guidelines for the all concerned, taking cognisance of the access to information and Appeals before the FAA and the SIC or CIC, as the case may be :-- Er Fateh chand Guleria, Director RTI welfare Association registered number HPCD, 3552 , Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh phone number, 9459334377
