PRACTICAL REGIME UNDER RTI AND THE RTS ACT ADJUDICATION MAY FACE LOTS OF CHALLENGES, HOWEVER IT MAY BRING TRANSPARENCY

Practical regime on the captioned subject matter deliberations required for access to information may build confidence on your own, however it is very difficult to continue with the practice as one may face lots of challenges, during this work of the celebration of success and required for the overcome, as such the confident is something we can not take from others, we can not buy it and it is necessary to practice on the access to information and get more and more experience on the work done and capacity building for the tech - practices, related to the every reform and truly awakened, where it is necessary to satisfy the FAA and the SIC or CIC, as the case may be . There are so many instances when the RTI activists and volunteers came to a conclusion for their reply from the decision making of the first appellate authority, but the public information officers failed to supply their information under law code manual prefixed by the Act ibid, in this behalf however not approaching the Court of law for their further order in the appeal before the HCs. No doubt the RTI activists and volunteers are trying their level best to follow departmental proceedings of the hearings under provision made but the departmental authorities are taking no cognisance of the captioned subject and cases are pending before the department, which is highly objectionable matter of fact and concern to be notice by the department under provision made for the efficiency in administration and doing needful but no conclusion despite of the compilation by department of administrative reforms and the respective Chief Secretary and the Honourable Chief Minister of state government is undue delay and dereliction of duty at the levels of public authorities, as facing misleading information on the captioned subject in this behalf.
