POLITICAL PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW RTI ACT, 2005 AND TAKE COGNISANCE OF THE NECESSARY FOLLOW UP, IN THE INTEREST OF TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY IN ADMINISTRATION

It is a matter of fact and concern to be notice by the government and the public authorities that political parties while in power platform use the transport facilitation for their supporters particular the HRTC buses however it is regretted to point out that the charges required to be paid on account of this use of buses are not being paid to the government account and remaining the pending dues, list by way and virtue of which the government is responsible to take said money from the party funds but the political parties are not paying such charges to the government which is highly objectionable matter of financial exchequer and pendency of the government money against the political parties. The political parties are also responsible to follow RTI act, 2005 and reply such informations, if any asked from the office of the concerned office but no replies are given to the RTI applicants by the political parties and the government money remaining pending against the political parties , which is definitely a misuse of the government money however there is no transparency and accountability in the such use of the government transportation which is used for the party platform instead of the government functioning where there is no such requirements as such the media platform and news papers working for the welfare of the society and area covered doing needful under the provision made for which there is no need of such misuse of the government money and facilitation against the government opportunity for publicity and power platform used for the party function instead of the government duty where every citizen of the country must use his own resources for the publicity, and the government funding should not be used for such use of the party platform.
